ok as my previous post got a lot of comments.. let's see what you ladies think about the following..

No sleeping bag (can't use them unless baby over 10lb) havnt took baby a towel took one for me tho xx

@cmcdon203, I did not know you can't use them until 10lb. silly question but what do you use then? as I prefered the bags as they can go over the baby's face. xx

Ye says on the label of all mines love! Aparantly Thyr then big enough not to come out it! I got told cellular blankets (one with all the holes) so I got a few extra of those and to tuck it in at sides of Moses basket! My mum got me swaddle blankets but there are some different things on them to as ur restricting Thyr hands and arms so I'm going to just try the cellular blankets Til I can use my sleeping bags xx

I have got some swaddle blankets etc I will have a look at them @cmcdon203 . yes I might take some as well @amyfreemz I have got a feeling I will be taking too much haha xx

no sleeping bag as baby can slide into the bag in the night through the neck hole if baby is too small i took a fleece blanket and they gave me a cellular blanket and they showed me how to wrap him up safely also .. no towel if you did actually end up needing one they would give you one to use but doubt you'll need it i didn't and booties I didn't use them but took them but won't pack them again when I have a baby next but it's all personal opinions hun xx

I've literally just washed things I'm taking, my list of baby clothes is... 2 mittens 3 hats 3 Muslins 5 short sleeve baby grows 2 long sleeve baby grows 1 pair of slip ons and her snowsuit sort of thing 😂 that's all I'm taking, if I need more I will send for it 😋 ill also have a blanket ready in her car seat xx @felicjuh

I would take water wipes as well girls so much easier than getting up really sore to get warm water and cotton wool. best thing I took lol xx

I've got all my toiletries and wipes etc in a separate bag. Then baby clothes and mine in another bag 🙂 @C ayleighnatasha xx

I didn't take a towel for baby.. They say not to bath baby until the cord has fallen off but I wet wiped him cause he had gunk all over him lol.. Booties.. They're cute could be added for warmth.. Sleeping bag? For baby? You mean them gro bags? No I wouldn't tbh not with a newborn.. I use blankets only.. Xxx

ow the things you girls teach me! I might go and buy some water wipes as that sounds like a good plan @cayleighnatasha getting excited for it! xx

@felicjuh, you can't use them at first unless baby is over 10lb hunnie and they are called grobags hehe , I'm taking a blanket and booties the slip on type xxx never though about the towel , trying to work out what to pack myself hehe xx

Yes @cayleighnatasha is right water wipes are one of the best things I took too. A lot easier than searching round the hospital for a bowel to put water in for the cotton wool. x
