📣Rant📣 So it's been 2 weeks since our chimney fire. First off the chimney cleaning/fixing place said it would $850 to fix the chimney, well they get here and Jack it up to $1400. Then say they will clean it so we can use it, and do they? No. So, fast forward to this morning. They call and say they have to come Monday because of some Bs reason of it being too windy. Hello!! There is no windy here!! We tell them we have 2 babies in the house, one of which is only 1 week old and just had to go through hell to get well enough to come home. They basically said not my problem and they weren't doing anything until Monday. Um, we paid for your services and you haven't done anything you said you would. Yes, they offered a refund but not once did they offer a solution to the problem.
