anybody ever experience really bad back pains after breastfeeding ? Idk if it's just aches from my body going back to normal or if it's from my car accident.

@katienkaden,  I was thinking that too but I change the way I sit alot. I've also been having spasms in my back too every once and a while

For me it was from bad posture while breastfeeding
