squats, jumping jacks if you can, bounce on a ball, walk some stairs or if its tolerable enough outside, walk along a curb with one foot on the curb one foot down. just a few things i have heard help with dilation and getting labor started :)

@rylansmomma, I'm with you! I am 38 wks tomorrow and no dilation or thinning. I'm sure she will not come until the dr induces
