No matter what I eat the night before I literally wake up starving every morning.. I drink 2 bottles of water like as soon as I get up then this morning by 9am I've eaten two bagels, a banana, some strawberries, and a donut. I still could eat too but I'm stopping because I feel like I'm going to be HUGE if I don't slow down but I'm starving 😩😩 is this normal?
