I have whole bunch of bottles already so I think having a lot is never a bad idea but I have been told so many times not to buy too many of one brand because the baby could not like that kind of bottle so as long as there is variety in there I don't see an issue!(:

I had about that many for my son, but I had the small bottles (5 oz) and the bigger ones (9oz) both.... I think by the time it was all said and done I got rid of about 30 or more bottles lol babies need bottles especially a lot at first due to eating every couple hours... men don't get it lol

I would say at least 12 for now. My son always had went through 3 bottles at night time.
