I've thought about it . I think with the money you would end up spending you could just get the things you'll need for baby . It's more of a celebration when someone else does it for you . Plus it may be a little weird for a mother to be to host her own shower lol @babytj0214
@babytj0214 I would have been hosting my own and I decided against it. The money my hubby and I would spend on a shower would probably furnish the baby's nursery.
