My daughter had eczema and they have a special eczema oatmeal bath that really helped her. And I used aquafor lotion it's really thick so it keeps them well moisturized. If the one you bought doesn't work you should try it.

@marcelljessica, as she gets Olde make sure she doesn't scratch too much. it'll leave horrible scars. I got picked on as a kid about it. luke warm water baths and showers never hot, it'll keep the skin from getting as dry. wait like 20-30 minutes after drying off to lotion up because of you don't the lotion will not help.

It could possibly be but that could also just be baby acne which will go away. My daughter just had very dry skin and had dry patches and got cradle cap as well and had little flakes and lost a lot of hair. She grew out of it by around 6-8 months and she's 2.5 years old and has been fine but the eczema led to her having asthma. Her doctor says kids who have eczema end up with asthma which is crazy. If ur baby gets real dry skin you'll know but if it's just the bumps she might be okay, all babies get that.

Yeah, her doctor told me that too but it's like all under her chin and starting to get on her arms and legs. She doesn't seem like she has dry skin tho. @mommy2two1316
