Might be having mild contractions...not sure. They come in waves like contractions are supposed to. Not insanely painful but definitely noticeable cramping in my lower abdomen. Entire belly tightening up. At first I thought it was just baby stretching out. But it was in 3-4 minute intervals earlier lasting about 45 seconds each time. Had about 7 in a 20 minute span. They started spacing out...went to dinner and during dinner they came back about 5 minutes apart but stronger. When I'm up and walking it feels a little better (not as crampy). Been drinking plenty of water too. Am I going crazy and imagining it or are these real contractions??
