I couldn't lose weight until I stopped breastfeeding. My body was holding onto the extra weight. Once I stopped I was able to lose weight.

I tried everything to keep weight and gain weight while I was breastfeeding and I couldn't, as soon as I stopped I put on so much weight @alyen2 its crazy how different all of our bodies and experiences are. Truly no two people are the same ☺

I went from 201 and got down to 115! I felt like skin and bones. Couldn't gain weight or anything and I was on the depo which is supposed to help with weight gain. When I stopped I got to 145 an stayed there.

@jessica0830, thats exactly like me! I got on the depo to purposely try to gain weight. After breastfeeding I gained about 40 pounds within a few months. It was crazy. I was around 140 until a couple years ago after I kept getting pregnant and losing them. This time I was about 163 when I got pregnant and now I'm 176. So I haven't gained a lot of weight but I'm the biggest I've ever been and I'm really hoping to get back down to 130-140.

@marleiismama, I have no clue but I to be honest it was kind of scary. My hair was shedding like crazy and everything.

@ninjamami, I started at 150 this time and now I'm 178 now but I have 9 weeks left 😩😩😩😩

@marleiismama, shoooot, I didn't do a damn thing lol. I stayed at home with my son 24/7 and ate like a pig. I just couldn't put any weight on but my son was a fatty. At 4 months he weighed 26 pounds!

@ninjamami, yes! Im a heavy weight now lmao. I just hope I don't hit over 200 again. But baby is above average in height and weight so that might be why. As long as my butt and boobs stay everything else can go lmao

@jessica0830, exactly! Well I've never really had big boobs but I would like to keep my thighs and butt lol but I'm with ya girl, everything else got to go! My baby was measuring ahead also until a couple weeks ago, and now somethings are measuring on time and some things a week behind... I don't trust them damn sonogram things lol. They told my girl her baby was over 10 pounds and she would have to have a c section and her baby ended up being 7.9 pounds. -_-

I'm in the same boat girl all I hear is that I'll lose weight once I have my baby and breastfeed I'm hoping to not go back down to 100 I look horrible. I didn't want to get on birth control after baby but if it helps me keep weight and not get pregnant imma look into it lol @ninjamami
