He shouldn't be making you feel like you have no privacy. even if he's paying for your phone, he has no right to go through it. i hate to say it, but if he's going through your phone thinking you're doing something, he's probably hiding something himself. and the fact that he goes through it anyway, proves that he's controlling. and the more you allow it, the more he's gonna think it's ok. I'd flip shit if my man were doing that to me

He takes my phone without asking. He goes on my fb and reads all my texts. He says i can go through his phone. But i have NO need for it. Or need too. BC i trust him. I don't think he trusts me. And i have nothing to hide at all.

In my own opinion you shouldn't be in that relationship if you have to have another phone 1. Because he shouldn't be going through your phone all crazy like that and 2. Because if you do get another phone it makes you look sneaky like you do have something to hide which means a huge problem if he does find it . Just a very unhealthy situation all around honestly but that's my own thought.

why not just put a password? and if there is nothing to hide as annoying as it is why go through the trouble of getting another phone and hiding it, it will just make things worse when he finds out

honestly I'm a really sarcastic person so if my husband ever did that id nonchalantly "say I wouldn't look if I were you there's naked pictures of my boyfriend on there" and then I'd let him look and end the convo with " if I was realIy hiding something i wouldn't warn you that there is naked pictures because I wouldn't let you look in the first place, respect my god damn privacy"

idk, I trade phones with my SO all the time. our phones are identical and we get them mixed up. sometimes. Facebook, texts, other apps, it's free game. I've looked through his stuff more than a few times out of curiosity, as I'm positive he's done the same. if I found out he had a second cell phone, I'd leave him that minute and never speak to him again cause I'd assume he wants to hide stuff from me, and there would be absolutely no way to prove he wasn't.

my husband and i go back and forth like that all the time, but we always know who each other is texting, only certain people text us. we are kinda sorta losers 😂 @kattastrophe
