last Friday I brought paint to my visit with my son to get his foot prints for a picture I was doing. I had bought the paint the night before, so I made sure it was safe and everything. when I painted one of my son's feet, the visit supervisor came and looked at the bottle of paint. she put it down and told me not to use it again. so I finish with the first foot And continue with the other. as I start putting paint on the other foot, she says to me, "I thought I told you not to use it again?" she never told me I couldn't finish what I was already doing. so my visit Wednesday, we want over the rules again and she told me that she could have stopped my visits with my son because I painted his other foot. she even said she couldn't even find where the paint was made, and said it wasn't safe for little babies his age. now here is the bottle of paint I used. its washable, non-toxic paint that is made in the us. she even sent in a strongly worded note to dhhs about the paint. and I showed the paint bottle to my lawyer and he even said it's ridiculous. but he told me to bring the paint bottle with me to court tomorrow. so now I'm further behind in getting him back because of this.
