I just got my 3 month old son one yesterday! I've heard so many good things about it so I had to try it. I will let you know if I see a difference! How long does it usually take to work? That might be a stupid question lol @kmally

My first has worn his since 6 weeks. We have had next to no issues as far as teething is concerned. The only time he was fussy and had a low grade fever was with his top incisors (which I've heard are the worst!). I swear by them and I'll be getting one for my new little guy soon.
