I actually just got an email about that for today. I logged into my account and did it online, but it's the first time I've had to do it and I've been on disability since late October. It just asked if I was still disabled, when was the last time I went to the dr, and if I've worked at all. @hapmama523

I've received 1 payment of $90. I got that email 2 weeks ago but it wouldn't let me send it until today and I haven't received any other payments but I know they are biweekly payments so that would be tomorrow...just frustrated cuz I can't get ahold of an actual person @rebcamdot

I second @rebcamdot. my Dr told me I will periodically get the email or letter and just have to input the info to make sure still on disability etc

@dohmommy2016, it was you was talking to about it last week. I couldn't remember who it was. I'm just worried my payments won't come on time...I'm a worrier about money.

And they don't give you much info online.

@hapmama523, It did say that if I didn't submit the form my payments would be delayed. Are you not able to access it online?

@rebcamdot, I submitted it this morning but I'm worried my payments from the last 2 weeks will be delayed since I haven't received much yet.

@hapmama523, Hopefully it processes fast for you then. It's so hard dealing with EDD and it's impossible to get ahold of them. :(
