It's the medicinal traditional brand Hou can also get a brand called yogi. But I believe that if you have any organic store near by you that you can get just plain tea called senna tea it's more senna and works better I have been told but I don't have a store near me that sales it. :( so I'm going with the smooth move. @sberthoud1

It's a type of senna tea. Natural laxative tea that is very gentle on your body but still can cause contractions. And help with constipation lol @sberthoud1
