Welcome to Braxton Hicks they only get better...try drinking water or changing the support on the chair....cushions help me when I drive (well I have a pillow pet I use for my back)

I'm only 8 weeks

They can come on very early.....or the bloating of early pregnancy.....ask your doctor if it becomes more uncomfortable.....I wanted maternity pants like 2 months in I had bloating sooo early I hated leaning over to eat it was uncomfortable

my 1st wasn't like this.... it's was great.... this one is trouble
