I'm 37 weeks pregnant today, and this morning I woke up feeling soo nauseous and I also had soft stool and just have the feeling I have to go again. my lower back also hurts more then normal and the baby seems to be moving alot this morning!? is this normal end of pregnancy or could I be going into labor?? my water hasn't broke and I haven't been having contractions, I've had a few braxton hicks but that's it.

It's a guessing game at this point love. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm 38 weeks and I've had continuous BH contractions since yesterday at 4am, nausea, and soft stool, but nothing has changed. My best advice is to listen to your instincts. If you feel like you need to go to L&D, don't hesitate. Since you're term, they won't be so quick to just monitor for a few minutes and send you home. Have you dilated or effaced any?

I had an appt on Monday and I was 1 1/2 cm dilated but he never said anything about me being effaced. I feel silly bc this is my 2nd pregnancy but I feel like I still have no clue

I think its just your body getting ready. Ive had these symptoms for a week and a half already, no dilation or contractions or anything yet. My doctor said its all normal process
