my nephew came 10 wks early and was 2 lbs. He is now 26 pounds of happy baby. Everything will be ok. Just relax im sure baby will make a grand entrance when baby is ready 😄

my son was born at 24 weeks plus no water around his for 2 weeks before that he weighed 1lb 10oz now he is 5 months old and weighs 12lb 2oz

So conflicted on what to say here... Not all preemie's are unhealthy, but I agree, you don't, and no one should want to give birth prematurely.

@kimberlyyyy, my son was healthy it's just my water broke at 22weeks and I agree with u and plus u don't usually plan to have a preemie unless u have any health issues

No I just woke up one morning and I was laying in a puddle of fluid and I went to the hospital and that said my water broke

My first pregnancy went ok with no major complications (low fluid, start of preeclampsia but I was induced in my due date) and with my second there were no issues with the pregnancy until 28 weeks then I had to deliver at 29 weeks. I had NO idea how bad things were & I was only slightly prepared for the baby out of dumb luck. I had bought preemie clothes, a pump and nursing bras before knowing I would deliver early. @chunkymonkey9115 I can't image waking up with my water breaking at that point. You're one strong momma! && @terripringle433 u les your doctor is monitoring you for something I would recommend you relax and enjoy the pregnancy. And even if there are concerns with the pregnancy, just take it one day at a time.

7 weeks. Well, 7w1d but I was dragging my feet. I didn't want to leave.

I was scared. Still worried I would hurt him. He was still tiny to me! He left the nicu under 5 pounds. Plus I was just about to move into a new place and I didn't want him to be there for the moving process, but he came home before we moved into our place so I had to stay with my grandparents for a week. @chunkymonkey9115

o yea @kimberlyyyy. he is so big everybody calls him a chunky monkey lol and probably another 4 or 5 months we want him home before his first birthday but he will be coming home 18th a trach which is the breathing tube coming out of his throat and a g tube which is a feeding tube going straight into his stomach we r still waiting on him to have his g tube surgery so it's just a waiting game
