so it said don't eat lunch or deli meat. do any of you girls eat it??

I ate it my last pregnancy because I didn't know that lunch meat was a problem. Never had a problem. @sashy

I toast it or grill it like grill ham and cheese sandwich... its amazing

yeah I want to eat it just a sandwich but don't want any harm.

I ate it with both pregnancies. 2 happy, very healthy babies

I do m.. they say it because if you eat cold cuts that are contaminated it can be bad they say warm up tour lunch meat ... I only did it when I was having a hot sandwich

you can eat deli meat....heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds to kill any bacteria...I was told this by my doctor.
