What is the worst post partum physical issue you've had? Mine is embarrassing but seriously the worst damn thing ever. Worse than my entire pregnancy, labor, and birth combined.

@hitt_andrea mine was as well. Buy some tea called "Smooth Move". It's sold at Walmart and Target for super cheep. Like $4.00. It saved my life.
Mine is hemorrhoids...super embarrassing and TMI I know but I'm just hoping that I can't possibly be the only one...
