HELP!! My twins will be 7mo soon and they DO NOT SLEEP!! maybe 15min at a time. if I'm lucky they will nap for an hour during the day but they will not sleep longer or barely anything at night. they go all day and only nap maybe 1 good nap. I am so exhausted and tired and I'm getting sick from it. neither of them are teething, neither are sick and I always make sure they go to bed with full bellies and dry diapers. I use the bed time bath and lotion and it doesn't help. also I can't let them Cry it out because they share a room and will wake the other one up. my hubby works 2nd shift and I have a 2yo so I am basically on my own all day and night.

@karina809 I blacked out the windows thinking the street light was keeping them up but it seems like my son likes it so he a night light on. it didn't bother my daughter tho. he seems to want all of my attention all of the time. if he sees me with one of his sisters he cries and if someone else has him he will cry until I grab him. he also crawls to wherever I am.

hmm maybe give them the bottle before bath? and then immediately put them to bed. that's the only way my sister can get her son to sleep longer at night. or give them the bottle when you put them to bed

this is all new to me. my 2yo was breast fed and slept great. we had an awesome routine with her but with the twins they are so hard to try to get a routine going. and my 2yo doesn't help.

@arijane316 they eat dinner, have a bath at 8pm and then I feed them a bottle around 6oz with rice added (since 2mo to help with reflux) then I put them in their own beds. I have blacked out there windows because there is a street light out front of our house that beams on their windows and I thought that helped, but I guess my son likes the light so I have a night light on by him. I used pillows to help him stay elevated incase it was his reflux but it didn't seem to make a difference. now he sleeps on his belly. my daughter isn't to picky about where or how she sleeps but she won't stay asleep for long.

do you put them to bed as soon as they've had a bath?
