I missed a step going down to my basement last night I thought all was fine until I woke up around 2am in so much pain on my right foot. I sat up with my 3 year old just crying. I was too afraid to try to go downstairs and get either ice or Tylenol. I finally fell asleep around 5/6. Got checked out this morning and it's just sprained, baby is fine. Now I guess from trying not to put so much pressure on the foot my left leg is hurting😩.
