Okay cause my friend said for down syndrome they do it. but I had that test done @addis_mommy  and they never sent me for more they said I was over healthy.

No I Had The Test Done At 19 Weeks They Drew Blood From My Arm And Found Out My Baby Didnt Have It

The first test is an ultrasound and blood work (not from your stomach but your arm) then if something comes up they will send you to a specialist for more test. There they do the needle to the amniotic sac. From what my doctor explained.
