i'm wondering.. does getting a tattoo affect breastfeeding? i wanted to get my baby's name tattooed after he/she is born

@rmnavarro, I heard it doesn't and my doctor said there's no direct link from tattoos and breastfeeding also the ink particles are too big to pass into bloodstream

The only thing they worry about is infections and that is scary during pregnancy. After the fact there should be no problem. Most tattoo artists don't tattoo preggo ladies for that safety reason. But after the fact there should be no problem unless your immune system is low.
