Anybody didn't get on birth control right after having their baby? My doctor is telling me i will get pregnant if i dont get on birth control. i really don't wanna get on it but i dont wanna get pregnant too soon.

you're very fertile for a while after having a baby! its probably a good idea if a baby isn't a plan right now.

as long as you're using condoms correctly you should be fine. I didn't want birth control after either. didn't get pregnant till we stopped using condoms:)

if you use condoms correctly you should be ok.... women are extremely fertile after giving birth...

I never have and never will use birth control. I hate taking pills unless it's a real medical necessity and the idea of something in my arm weirds me out. We stick with condoms

I didn't get any until my 8 week postpartum appointment and we started having sex at 3 weeks postpartum and I didn't get pregnant. BUT if you don't want another one right away better safe than sorry because I hear all kinds of crazy stories
