Went to my 38 week appointment. Still 50% effaced but no dilation. Baby boy is extremely low though. Anyone experience this with labor soon following ?

im the complete opposite of u lol not effaced but 5cm dilated

I've been 1cm and not effaced for like 2 - 3 weeks. I've done EVERYTHING to try to get my son lower and get more dilated but nothing helped me. I'm getting induced on Sunday because of it. I wish you the best of luck!

awe thanks you too! @mgurmen4495 and yes I do! haha @domijac3 They did my cervix check and was like "woah he is really down there so I hope he might be early but I have a feeling he will go to term 😆haha

i worked with the midwives there when i had my daughter i loved them!!!!! Jean delivered her
yeah i have no clue when this baby is coming lol

with my first son I was effaced and only dialated 1 cm @ 38 weeks so they induced me at 40 weeks because I stayed at 1 cm. With this pregnancy 50% and 1/2 cm as of today hopefully I will dialate this round
