Went to the WIC office today they provided me with ONE manual breast pump, they also told me to pump only one boob at a time... is that right and how much are you suppose to pump and how often??? seems like I breast feed more than I pump

yea u can pump one breast at a time. you need to pump only as needed. so if ur with ur baby and want to feed her from just ur breast that's ok to do. for me I pump if I'm still very full after she finished eating or if I'm out and not with my baby and need to pump because my breast are filling.

okay, because I was like what I stay full and sometimes I feed her just to release the milk but thank you @_supermommie2173
