Thinking about the depo shot directly after Lilly is here. Anyone else try it? Did it make it harder…

deposit will most likely make it very hard to lose the weight. and if you plan on breastfeeding, I would hold off. it can cause diminished supply

I did after my second son and bleed almost every day and gained 25 pounds when I got off and got back on my pills I was good then .

I didn't gain any weight on it. but I bled heavy for a long long time.

@breannaedwards_, I was on depo for a year or so it completely stopped my periods besides for some light spotting but I gained like 30 lbs even though I was active and exercised and ate right. depo also caused me to have dark purple strech marks right away as a side affect even before the weight gain. every one I know that had taken it had weight gain and allot of problems from side effects. I hated that birth control if you can remember to take the pill I'd do that. but everyone is different.

I gained thirty pounds and wasn't able to get rid of it 😢and I'm active

I also gained 30 or so pounds and it completely stopped my periods which i did not like, wouldn't recommend it
