Is There a Greater Chance of C-Section After Long Induction?

I've been at the hospital for about 16 hours, working on induction. I took Cytotec at 11pm last night. I'm having contractions, but I'm 0cm dilated and 75% effaced. Is there a greater chance of having a c section now? I'm so nervous. 😣

She was only dilated up to a 4 for the first 15 hours. Things can change in a heartbeat

My sister went 30 hours and had her baby naturally, as long as you and the baby aren't in danger you can still keep natural.

I just talked to my doc. They want to try the catheter before talking c section.

If ur not dialating but ur 75% effaced then they'll start going towards a c section bc you'll put too much stress on the baby
