I can't stand when someone tries to save up on baby wipes by not wiping a baby after they've had a diaper full of pee on... It drives me crazy! That's discussing they've been sitting in pee and you aren't going to wipe them? It's like you going pee then not wiping because you wanna save toilet paper. Are you gonna do that to yourself? No! So why do that to your or anyone else's child!?
