Amazing workout today:) if u just sit on the couch and watch tv all day u won't see results but if u take time out and get ur body moving u will!! There is always time baby's do take naps!! Get up and get ur body bck ladies:)

I got a question ladies do u believe that once u become a mom it's selfish of u to take time and do ur hair and make up and get dressed?
If on the weekend ur unborn child's father get his son from his bm and barely answers his phone and don't text....what would u think? Do u think he's spending time with the bm as well or he just wants to spend time with His son without being bothered?
