At the doctors... Does anyone else feel it's pointless going every week? I mean I have a nurse who comes every week and since I have a previa its not like they can do a cervix check so basically i am just going to hear the heartbeat again... Then I'm waiting an hour to get back for a 2 min check it's annoying... It would be different if they could check me

@motherof4_galore, I wanted to but my husband said no I'm like the nurse checks all my vitals and everything and she comes to the house... It's just wasting my time because they wouldn't even be able to tell me if I was in labor because they don't have sonogram machines and can't physically check me and I have contractions everyday for months so they don't even put me on the monitor anymore

@motherof4_galore, oh wow yeah I completely understand. I also have to drive an hour and a half to the high risk doctor so we pay $120 in copays a month because the high risk is $40 a visit but at least there they do a sonogram every visit so if my cervix is opening they could tell me... I would rather just do that every two weeks versus every week going from one to another

@motherof4_galore, lol right! If I lived in the city I wouldn't have to pay any but im in the country so everything is in network but not 5 star treatment centers so they charge
