I think I pinched a nerve in the muscle of my foot or have a slight tear in the ligament..I've had it happen before and the pain is the exact same...I tell my boyfriend and he just says, "you'll be okay." I've always been a fan of the tough love treatment over anything but I got kinda pissed..im having a rough day, finally over my last bad cold and back in the gym for one day and this happens. When he gets sick or has a bad day I'm all over it to comfort him..like ..ask me if I want to make an appointment for a chiropractor to look at it or something..shit!
