My mom offered to take my one year old home with her for two weeks after my C-Section in 3 weeks. I'm so very grateful for her help, but it already makes me want to cry just thinking of not having my Brooklyn for two weeks. She's never been away from me and her dad for longer than a night. And to top that off, my mom lives 4 1/2 hours away, so she can't just bring her to visit everyday😔

My csection wasn't that bad at all. I doubt you'll need a whole two weeks without your toddler.

I had a C-Section with her too, and it wasn't that bad at all! She is just now turning one tomorrow so she's still in that stage where she can walk, but not all the time by herself. So I'm more worried about having to pick her up to put her in bed and having her climbing all over me because she's such a mommy's girl. Her dad could only get a couple of days off. @mommyslittleman

I would consider the help although you will be sad, you need time to heal.
