same here they just changed some rules but they just told me I can't miss or belated for 30days or I get suspended....I have a lot of hours to make up which will be a struggle or I will have to pay about 1700 or little more in over time it sucks so strict and demanding and not understanding of people situations... I go to salon professional academy

I'm at Douglas j aveda. they only allow do many days every 450hrs. I don't get too graduate until August now. but if I miss anymore days I get kicked and owe $20,000 out of pocket. I'm sorry but with having a son I can't afford that at all. @mrsmoore

yes I won't be done till July was supposed to be January but they dropped me because I got pulled over and you couldnt come to school late so they had me stay out fir 5 months to "fix my issues" and at the time I was pregnant so I missed a lot due to being sick so I got to start again where I left off thank god I didn't have to start all over ready to get out of here today is dead

When I went in to talk about my leave, the original director didn't put anything in my file about it so when I came back there was a new director and the new lead instructor tried to make me restart the section I already did. My mom called the director and made them fix it thank god. No way I could go through that again! @mrsmoore

We have 4 days we can miss 1-450 then 4 450-900 then 3 900-1,350 and 2 from 1,350-1,500

only reason they talked to my mom is because I don't have a voice from my strep @mrsmoore

oh OK you got lucky their then,I forgot how many hours we can miss but I know we can't go over 60 contract
