So I've been on bc for 5 days. According to my period tracker I'll be fertile starting tomorrow. I delivered almost 3 months ago and I'm breastfeeding. Well my boyfriend and I had sex this morning and I reminded him to pull out..a second too late. I rushed to the bathroom to clean myself up. What are the chances that I could have gotten pregnant? How early can I take a pregnancy test?

breastfeeding is a form of bc, I think for about 6 weeks. I tried getting pregnant while breastfeeding and nothing happened.

I've been doing research and breastfeeding will help..but I've had my period already and my baby sleeps through the night so shes not constantly hooked.

You're really fertile the first few months after giving birth. Breastfeeding can help but it's definitely not a reliable form of birth control.
