IUD or Nexplanon for birth control? I don't plan on having sex anytime soon because I seem to have lost all sex drive when I was 3 months pregnant, but just in case, and to regulate my periods when they return. Any opinions on the IUD? Nexplanon? Did it work? Any issues? Comfortable? Side effects of it?

I had the Nexplanon put in last month and I really like it so far. It's comfortable and I haven't had any side effects.

@s_r_z_15, i had the nexplanon put in in august. The only down side for me is i have constantly sporadic bleeding. Lol. Ill bleed for a day. Then 3 days later for a day. Then two days later for two weeks then a month later for 3 days. But my obgyn said she could give me something for the spotting. That would be the only downside for me. I never know when its coming and how long its sticking around
