so I've noticed tonight my right boob is filled with milk and I have been feeding him whenever he wants it. but the right boob won't seem to go down no matter how much he eats and I know he's getting milk. so now my boob hurts because it's so large what do I do to help express it nothing I've tried is working.

Same thing with me !! It's so painful. I pump so often just to relieve it for a little cause I can't handle it. Or in the shower I let hot water hit them or hot tags on them . Hopefully it helps!

Ok thank you I haven't figured out my pump yet as today is my first day home with my baby boy. I'm definitely going to try that because it hurts. lol

Definitely a shower with water as hot as you can stand it and massaging your breast. It brings relief and gets it going!

@bfelixreyes, thanks once this little one falls asleep and stays asleep for a little I'll hop in and see if that helps. I'm just worried that my left boob isn't making enough since that one isn't close to being as big as the right one.
