i did

breathing and focusing helped and visualization

I did, it was the worst pain I've ever felt but I got through it

i did the only way i managed the pain was to scream 😂 it sounds awful but it worked for me..

I plan on doing a natural birth with hypnobirthing techniques..might look into or research other ways to focus on having a natural birth

🙋🙋 my labor and delivery was too quick... i didn't have time for epidural.. i just closed my eyes and breathed.. i did scream a couple times during pushes.. bc you push with contractiomns!.. its a lot easier than youd expect.. i plan to go natural again this time around as well..
