My 9-year-old is a bad sleeper. 😧 We've had a lot change in the past few months, and she now has the sleep habits of a newborn. It's a little better when I'm at the house with the kids and we have structure. In the meantime I'm not sure how to help her rest. 😔 We've got a solid bedtime routine--baths, quiet time, lights out. I've been Skyping them during quiet hour to just talk about their days or whatever. But Brookie is most affected by me being in this hospital & it tears me a new one.

@hermommy, no. Just a little push for the dilation. I'm avoiding induction, I don't want it. Baby's healthy, just stubborn as hell. 😧
