if you've went to your 6 week check up and they cleared you then yes, and it hurt a bit for me, we just used lots of lube and took it super slow. so I'd say just take it easy!

you can either wait for Monday to be safe or just take it easy, and don't over do yourself! you've had plenty of time to heal though being 7 weeks.

Use lube,take it easy I think it's best for u to ride just cause you'll control the depth and motion
