To any mommy that has/had her belly button pierced during pregnancy.. I am 18 and a half weeks and was wondering Do you have to end up taking the jewelry out when your farther along? If so, when?

I got a maternity bar. I had to take the metal bar out like 2 or 3 months ago (about 6 months) because it was too short and the skin around the piercing was stretching too much. $5 on amazon

i just bought a maternity bar and will be putting that in soon. about 5 1/2 months it was pulling too much. now, the normal bar wont reach even if i wanted it to lmao

I took mine out at 13w4d cause I rolled over and got a horrible burning sensation. I was gonna get a maternity bar but decided I can get it redone if I want it after baby is here

I had to take mine out at 8 weeks. I gained weight really fast and couldn't keep it in, I'm pretty sure its already closed.

I took mine out last week at 23 weeks! I'm going to get one of the maternity bars too though just because I don't like the way mine looks without it. I just took mine out though because it started looking really red and irritated
