you can do it. it's hard but doable. I had an epidural with my first two. then had my last baby with no meds. I'm due with number four in September and I'm getting an epidural. I can say I've been there and done that. 😊 good luck mama

@dessi, just try to breathe. I know easier said than done but it really helps. I'm not going to lie, it hurts. bad. but once you're holding your sweet baby, you forget about that. 💟

I'm thinking the same. I'm due to have my first any day now. I can't decide if I want an epidural or natural. I like to think I have a pretty high pain tolerance but then again I have never pushed a human out😂

@kpryor1982, yeah that's all I can't really do 😂 but you're right it will all be worth it in the end. @shiloh2123 for me it's not my choice it's my platelets are too low for me to get a epidural so I might not be able to get it.

Feeling everything is just part of the experience to me. I didn't want anything. I was in active labor for 18 hours and the pain is more than unbearable. It's mind numbing. Generally anyway. There are some people who have super easy labor. I had back labor as well that's why mine was so bad. So honestly if you don't have a high pain tolerance then do the epidural. Even during the pain I would rather bear it than have a needle in my back which they could mess up with and paralyze you or give you back pain for the rest of your life. I'm not trying to scare you or anything. Just telling you my experience and opinion.
