I think I used them for my name change! My only draw back is going through social security it is better to go in than send it via mail... Took 2 freaking months and I ended up just going in!

I did my social security via mail and it was really quick. Depends on state I guess.

Nope you have to get it changed at the tag agency but if you do the priestess it's an in and out thing it took my like 3 minutes
