Yes! It's so worth it. I use it when going grocery shopping or walking around the mall. It helped keep my daughter off my kidneys and helped support my back so much. @aliepaige

its possible, I've had back issues before I was pregnant and had some issues in the beginning of the pregnancy but its been 3 going on 4 days of pain and I can't sleep and its just awful. if it is her, she needs to find a better place to sleep haha @bentley_mommy

You can try taking a bath and see if that helps or try walking around for a few minutes. It may help but for the most part once she's in a spot she likes she's not moving. Lol @aliepaige
