For the first appointment they usually just ask questions and have you pee for them to confirm pregnancy.

They'll probably just confirm your pregnancy if they havnt already and either do heartbeat of ultrasound

If it's your very first they'll confirm pregnancy. If that's done already they will do Pap, blood work, and give you a shit load of paper work. If you didn't get an ultrasound at your confirmation of pregnancy they will either give you one then or send you to another place to get one (if they don't have the equipment in office)

Your second apt they may do an ultrasound. They'll tell you before they're going to do it. @

At my first I got a vaginal ultrasound and had a bunch of papers to fill out my doctor wasn't in so I went back the next day for a pap and to discuss the ultrasound

Blood work, vaginal exam, ultrasound, pee in a cup

i just really want the ultrasound
