So I was watching this mommy vlog and she was explaining how she had to have an emergency c-section at delivery. And when she went under they gave her a bunch of meds then cut her stomach and she could feel pain as they started to make the incision, so they gave her more meds and tried again and she could still feel it. They eventually had to put her to sleep. Has anything like this happened to anyone before?

I had an emergency c section, but when they gave me the epidural I didn't feel anything. So it probably depends on the person and their tolerance to meds, some need longer than others for their meds to kick in.

I actually felt mine I was yelling in pain I guess my epidural was already wearing off (I had it the night before ) and I felt more than the pressure they said I would feel I felt when they cut me and when they were taking her out as well as when they were putting me back together it wasn't like I felt all the pain like I had no medicine but it was more than I should've felt it sucked my body was already going into shock before because of a very long labor (I was already at 10cm but my daughter wouldn't come past my pelvis after hours of pushing and trying to get her out ) .... I know u posted this 3 weeks ago but I was searching "c-section" and saw this lol so u don't think I was creepin lmao
