Im 21 wks pregnant and i just got put on bed rest... I have a 1 year old who is very active so its hard to stay down.. But my midwife told me if i dont stay down then i will end up in the hospital where i wont have a choice... Im very highrisk...im scared if anyone has some encouraging words that would be amazing right now...thank you in advance....
