As of last week I haven't dilated or anything 😩😩 I'm so ready to have my son. I'll be 39 weeks on Friday. Anything worked for you ladies to help get the process started ?

I tried everything, I dialated to a 3 by 39 weeks and then nothing. Ended up getting induced, but everyone is different. Walking and sex are the most efficient though

when I was pregnant with my first I did alot of walking. and they say sex helps
