I'm kinda freaking out right now because jons not texting me back and the roads are really bad. It usually takes him 40 minutes to get to work and it took him two hours this morning and then he had to drive what usually takes another whole hour but God only knows how bad the roads are between work and this persons house so I don't know if he is there or if he is still on the road somewhere .. Ugh

Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
